When Stephanie from Algorithmic
Knitting Design asked me if i wanted to do a collaboration I jumped at the chance.

This beautiful cowl builds on her previous work translating cellular automata into beautiful knitting patterns bridging the gap between computing and handcrafts.

The cowl is named after Alan Turing, the father of modern computing, who fell victim to persecution because of his sexuality.
