    • Before use we advise to rinse the skein with cold water and let the skein dry; Mild bleeding at this point is normal and to be expected.
    • Prepare the yarn for use in your personally preferred way (winder, nostepine, etc);
    • Keep the label for information and reference;
    • When starting a project, do a swatch test to check for allergies of the fibers.
    • Care instructions are provided with each product, advising on washing methods and handling to maintain product integrity.

    • In the event of identifying a safety issue, The Wee Yarn Company will promptly notify consumers and relevant authorities, providing instructions for product return and offering remedies such as replacement or refund.

    Incident Reporting:

    • Consumers are encouraged to report any product-related incidents directly via email at theweeyarncompany@gmail.com. The Wee Yarn Company commits to reporting serious incidents to authorities within the mandatory timeframe specified by EU regulations.
