Our newest custom spun yarn, exclusive to The Wee Yarn Company. This yarn is a blend of 60% Bluefaced Leicester and 40% Hebridean and comes in at 240m per 100g! I wanted to feature a native Scottish breed this time, and of course I love a naturally grey yarn. The result being this beautiful slate grey before dyeing: making the colourways deep, intense, and even richer. 

This blend has everything I love about working with breed specific, luxury, non-superwash fibres: it's beautifully soft but still with a great woolly grip, it's stunningly heathered and has bags of lustre making colours shine and glimmer.
